He's one of the smartest persons I know, and his writing style is fluid and effortless. I do recommend this book for people to read because it's not scatological. The book covers serious issues like world sanitation and its history. Dave even was invited to the World Toilet Organization's convention in 2007, which is an organization that fights the problems third world countries have every day with sanitation. 1.6 million children die every year from drinking tainted water, for example. I appreciate that this site picks weird books, but I think you missed the mark on what this book truly was about. Sadly, you sound like just about every other person who hears the word poop and reacts like a fifth grader.
