I pick up a lot of weird books at Kino and second hand bookshops. Second hand bookshops give you the best shot at finding weird books like this. This book "The Mullet: Hairstyle of the Gods" also has a section dedicated to Billy Ray Cyrus, which didn't surprise me in the least. It's also got "library defacing notes" and scrapbook cuttings of events in the life of a Mullet Owner. Hey, this one’s on my bookshelf, it’s actually pretty funny if you read it.
